@LeonardoMunoz7 I'm not sure whether my proposal is already covered by what you already did (I'm not used to xbox myself), but my first guess would be trying a full power cycle. I've read that power cycling your device might solve issues regarding the connection to EA servers.

by the way: I'd always suggest to connect your device hardwired to your router/modem if feasible. Madden is very sensitive to lost data packets. since WiFi is less stable than cable you might avoid some frustration due to lost connection (for instance during playing H2H or at the end of solo games if the game is counted as a loss due to lost connection and all progress is gone).
