@EA_Blueberry The issue is not my ISP, I had a technician come by yesterday and said everything looks good. Even swapped out my equipment to be safe. Also this morning I signed into my buddies account that I game share with on my the same Xbox and internet I’ve been using and was able to get on madden and load in on the first try.

@rickysteve40 Can you remove game sharing and then try connecting?

    @EA_Blueberry I could but I don’t see how that has anything to do with this. It’s clearly an issue on EA’s end but it doesn’t seem a high priority. It’s crazy how you all fix an issue with the store and packs in a matter of minutes but this is taking weeks. I still haven’t heard from the specialist I was told would contact me.
