@itssixk Yes I did speak to an EA help representative and he was able to remove gamertags from my EA account but only did one account that was not being used anymore. And yes he could remove my children’s accounts but they would loose all their progress in every single EA game and that’s just not worth it. Also I’ve learned the quality of help and knowledge depends on which employee you get in contact with. Most the the EA help people just send you the same list of troubleshooting things I’ve tried 30 times and just a few others have gone above and beyond by reaching out to other employees and investigating this issue. So in the 30 days I have been unable to log I got his game and have been in touch with EA personnel everyday, only 3-4 EA employees have actually helped and given good information on this issue. And in my experience the “EA specialist support team” has been absolutely terrible. They don’t respond to messages and all they do is post the same list of troubleshooting things. Who would have thought a multi billion dollar company would not care about an issue that only affects a handful of players.
