Madden NFL 21 connection issues?

Reboot your console/PC and router and then retry.

Thanks for the reply. I did all that and even uninstalled and reinstalled Madden 21 twice. I could try to reboot the router again. I will mention that I am always hardwired so I don't use wireless. My laptop is a Dell G16 gaming computer which is just a few months old and my internet speed in 300mbps. 

If they are stopping support for the game, fine. It would be nice to know what is going on. It has been at least a week.

Agreed. Its not playable at this point in franchise mode which is the only way I play it. I paid money to play this game and its not working because of an issue clearly on EA Sports end. 

This says server is down. I cant get thru a game as it always disconnects near the end with an error message "lost connection to EA servers". 

people haven’t been getting in for 4 weeks now. You can do one transaction at a time and have to try to log back in. Everyone deserted the game. Not getting daily rewards anymore. Error retrieving currency balances and server errors every time. Screens take forever to load. I reported once through EA Help. Nothing has been resolved in 4 weeks. You should have activity logs that show when everyone stopped playing the games because they cant get in. Please get this fixed right away

100% correct. I feel they have abandoned the game. Thats fine if true. Let us all know so we can purchase a latter version. I mean I am not paying for a newer version if this is an issue with the newer versions too. Come on EA you can do better!!!!!!!

your recommended solution does not work for anyone. Look at the threads. No one can play. This needs to be submitted and resolved. It’s been 4 weeks

guys, I really just want to play the game. None of your fixes work and you know they don’t work. Just patch the game.
