Madden NFL 23 not launching

I have a problem with Madden 23 not launching it gets thru the title screen and goes back to the desk top every time. I have tried all the basic trouble shooting steps for graphics. Clean boot. Etc. No luck. Anybody got any ideas?

In addition to the steps below, check that your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output.
