I mean really, at this point these plays are COMPLETELY UNUSABLE at this point. At roughly a 90% clip you're gonna end up moving your QB directly into the edge pressure.
Wanna know why folks just run shotgun plays all day?
Well, the running game (while improved) is inconsistent, you can STILL get away with shutting down the run from nickel/dime/dollar so long as you blitz, and the play action game is a non factor from pass pro (or lack thereof) to the underneath coverage NEVER biting on the play fakes.
Like I said in the beginning. Just come out and say "we want everyone to run their offense in the shotgun".
@Seasoned_Vet17 Heck, it’s not even if you blitz. If you play cover-4 in any of those packages, it’s all over the run lol. Dumbest stuff I’ve seen in awhile. Somehow EA manages to make a worse game than the year before, every year. Just craziness lol.
