I have had issues with Madden since the day of release. All the items that I earned and never received, EA not one time compensated me for any of my items. Back even with team captain, never received the first captain cards, the snickers Deebo Samuel, too many others to fit here. Not only have I never been compensated, but there are no repercussions to EA for the very bad, gameplay and customer service that EA has provided it’s dedicated gamers. Then during the Super Bowl, I get a message that I am going to be banned for coin distribution, buying, selling, trading or auctioning. This is crazy because I have never done any of those things. So from the Super Bowl to this day, I have been banned from the auction house. I have over 32 cases on things I’m missing, game not working. Why the hell would I be cheating and do all this complaining, to bring attention to my account. If I was cheating I would not care about missing content, cause then I could just buy them at the auction house. I have appealed their decision several times and they will not lift the ban. Only will they not lift the ban but the TOS will not give proof or the specific reason why you are banned. If TOS sends you a list of reasons why you could have been banned, and you know you have done none of those things, TOS should send you proof and specifically what you did. So pretty much, everything I have busted my * for is worthless now. EA took over $1 million coins from me that I have earned on Challenges or mostly from auctions and quick selling the players I no longer need. Players that play madden know, $1 million is not much on this game to buy guys at a auction. I worked hard for that million. If I was cheating I definitely would have way more than $1 million coins. To this day I don’t know why I have been banned, why my coins were taken or proof that I have cheated. They told me it was computer generated. Then TOS team investigates, which I know is BS, there is no way TOS found cheating on my account, I have never cheated. I have complained a lot and have told EA how much their developers, customer service and EA help sucks *, I really don’t think I will get another Madden or EA game for that matter, I have had more frustration because of game downtime missing content and being banned for absolutely no idea why, because nothing in TOS pertain to me. This game was not really fun to me, you never knew if it would work or if you would receive all your items in challenges and sets you completed. I really hope EA loses there football monopoly, because EA is absolute trash. I just want to come home and turn on my PlayStation and play the game that I paid hard earned money on, and know it will work, and not worry about being accused of cheating, and never cheated. There has to be a better developer that create a game that will smoke EA.
