Madden ps5 connection issues

The game is basically unplayable for me it skips and freezes every 5 seconds, sometimes I can’t pick play or call hike

    Hi @Richieporter313 ,

    I would recommend to try the following 

    Spoiler
    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
    • Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
    • Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
    • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

    Please let us know if you will still continue running into this issue
