Madden Servers Down

Same here i was thinking the same thing 🤦🏻‍♂️

I know for a fact it's not just me or my internet that causes me to randomly get disconnected from a game and get a lose. I don't know if you wrote your code in a garage but even Bill gates moved out of the garage eventually. You should try making games that work instead of selling games that work like an beta demo. I don't even know how to code but I bet if I had a billion dollar company I could find someone competent enough to do it right. I would send a file with a picture of the error in this game but I don't think I can send a whole game in a file. You should really be proud of this game. Not every company has the ability to screw up something incredibly easy. How come other companies can make a game with a thousand different planets that are all unique but you can't even make good code for catching in a football game(along with many many many other glitches and bugs thay can happen 20 times a game).

server went down 1am central and now says idont have access to online. I had three levels to finisg to complete zero chill field pass why cant yall keep schedule right as a player of 15 plus years i find this very disappointing. Im 50\50 on next years product. Please fix this

50/50 that’s generous.  Im 100 percent not getting it next year.  

So I have contacted EA support several times about my issues with ultimate team this year.  Yesterday I got so angry I called in thinking it’s got to be better than my emails not getting answered and the online chats going absolutely no where.  However I was wrong.  Same thing as always they actually admit every time that they know about the issues and other players have complained about the same things but seriously say they can’t and won’t do anything.  I’ve been told to post on this site my issues so that way a gaming manager or something might answer me with a resolution.  I have not received rewards, i have been locked out of playing solo battles several times which prevents you from earning xp,  i had issues with my presents,  i constantly have to force close and or delete the game and redownload it.  The amount of time I spend trying to play this game instead of actually playing it is ridiculous.  The customer service team or lack there of is enough to keep me from wanting to ever buy anything associated with EA again.  People spend hard earned money on these games and add ons such as packs.  So for them not to help you or offer any kind of solution is pretty pathetic in my opinion.  If you are a long time Madden gamer like me… been playing since madden 95 then you know that this years product is the worst.  I seriously woke up today before heading out to work to see what was up with the new season and guess what more server maintenance and issues.  Everyone one of us that bought this game and bought additional products from you deserve a refund and a apology.  Madden has some truly loyal fans out there and I know this because anyone still playing this game or attempting to this year has got to be invested in it somehow.  On behalf of me and everyone else that feels EA has really been a big let down with the Madden release this year please address our issues and give back our hard earned money!  

You are not alone unfortunately.  It is a sorry excuse for a game let alone with the madden brand on it.  

 You're a multi billion dollar company and you can't make a game that works right. How many millions of people list their data recently because of this company. Now you put out an update that makes the game not work. We paid 70 dollars for this. We should all get partial refunds for all the troubles we've had. But nothing will happen. And it'll be the same problems next year. 

I installed the new update, and it crashes the game on Series X and Xbox One.  On Twitch, it is happening on PS4 and PS5.  

Please give an update when the game works.
