Hi I opened a Playoffs Pack and received a 96 Tory Polamalu, some core elites, and powerups and none of them were credited to my account, the pack isn't in unopened packs and the cards aren't in my item binder

I purchased 2 90 Overall most feared cards and only one was given to me but I got charged for both cards

THE SAME THING HAPPENED to me I got 96 tyreek hill and it was in my binder I didn’t add him to my line up because I was still shopping around and boom he was gone from my binder this is so unacceptable it’s crazy I’m so pissed!
