Madden Ultimate Team not working

Hey, I can’t open my Ultimate Team

Platform - Xbox Series X

Gamer Tag - Sycho946 

Type of Network - Wireless 5GHz

This first happened when I first got the game on December 25th, after I had played through the Madden tribute game. I went straight to UT and it gave me the message that my request couldn’t be processed at the time. This happens every time I try to open up UT. I’ve tried restarting the game, playing a bit Face of the Franchise to see if I just needed to wait it out a bit, but nothing seems to work.

How can I fix this?
