EA Staff (Retired)Hi @Somicbat Wanted to check if you are able to get past lvl 1? If not would it be possible to try the following:
- When you're loaded into Madden > Navigate to Customize > Share & Manage Files > Load & Delete Files to bring up the game's file list.- Delete the files under Profile & Roster.
- Close Madden and relaunch and check if you can see your level update.
I have done what you have suggested and it hasn’t seemed to have done anything my level is still the same and I still don’t even have any missions to get xp to level up.
- @EA_Illium I am still unable to level up, play h2h and draft and the xp tasks still aren’t showing up
