madden won't let me buy points

Okay, so I just bought 2,200 points on ultimate team for xbox one yesterday just before the servers went down, so I was unable to use them. I get on ultimate team this morning and it shows up that I don't have any points, but I have already been charged $20 for it. Is there anyway I can like a refund or get my points to show up?

I've have the exact same problem on my Xbox One.
