Major Changes For Franchise Mode As A Player
I think there needs to be some major changes for franchise mode while as a player.
Camera issues: Starting with Madden 23, when playing as a player with full on-field control off, you are now forced to use the player-locked camera instead of being able to choose between the normal, and player-locked cameras with the directional pad. This causes some issues though. Even when playing with full on field control off, you have to do punts and kickoffs if you're on the field. But this is impossible since the camera is faced at your player, and the kicking meter is at the kicker or punter. This makes it unable to see the kicking meter while kicking or punting. Additionally, it is really hard to do kickoff or punt returns, because the camera moves too much as it follows the ball.
Increase career length: Currently player careers in franchise mode can not be longer than 15 seasons. I think that this needs to be increased as I think 15 is not enough, and players who have already played 15 seasons or more are forced to retire after your first year as them. For example, you cannot play more than 1 season as Tom Brady because he has already played more than 15 seasons. I'd increase this to at least 25, or more if possible. I tried it myself to make sure as Tom Brady, and it let me advance through the offseason, but nobody offered me any contracts, and it said that Tom Brady was retiring in the news, even though I did not retire and it was only stage 1 in the free agent signing period. Sorry that this was so long.
