Missed Twitch Whisper for GMM Reward NEED HELP

Hi Team,

I tried reaching out to EA Help, tweeted at Kraelo and reached out to twitch support. I won a GMM give away last Friday, but didn't see the whisper notification on twitch to give my xbox gamer tag information. Now I am locked from responding to the whisper and cannot get in touch with anyone. EA support tells me I'm being scammed and to talk to twitch. Twitch tells me tough luck. These give aways are crazy odds so the fact that I got one was nuts, but it kinda stinks I haven't been able to redeem it. Funny enough upon rewatching the video Kraelo butchers my twitch name which is a play on Beast Mode's classic quote "I'm just here so I don't get fined". Anyways, hoping someone sees this and can help.

    Thanks for letting us know about this. 

    When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They should be able to look into that for you. 

    For more details on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well, if you prefer.

    Hi Kent,

    Thanks for responding! I was actually able to get in touch with Madden on reddit and they helped me with the missed reward. Unfortunately I made several tickets through EA help to no avail  prior to getting in touch on reddit. All of the support representatives thought I was being scammed, or just flat out said it wasn't their problem when I spoke with them. They didn't know what Good Morning Madden even was, so I think they thought I was just lying to get some free stuff. Anyways, its all set now, but wanted to reply and let you know that I didn't just post here without trying the other typical methods.

    Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad you were able to get in touch with the team, though. Do you have any case numbers from when you were speaking with EA Help? I can pass your feedback along for a look.
