I don't have access to Madden on a PC so I really don't know, but if that is a setting you can change, it would be in the audio settings. Are your audio drivers up to date? Also, have you tried using a headset? If so, does commentary work there?
I believe I have verified my PC is set to stereo on the output speakers. Where can I verify this for the in-game audio?

hey, this issue happend on my side as well. i'm using PS5 play the game. no Broadcast Commentary for type of game . please advise what happened ???

Check your audio settings. If they are set to 5.1 or 7.1, but don't have an accompanying home theater system, you won't hear the commentary. This is because it's trying to be played through a center speaker. If you don't have one, no commentary will be heard. Change the audio output to stereo and that should resolve it.
Audio settings in the game or Xbox or tv? Please be more specific.
