after two days of talking to EA Help i was told to come here and post...
The "Journeyman" Strategy Item that was given for free from the Welcome Pack disappeared from my Item Binder once i went to insert it into my lineup.

If you were doing strategy sets and auto filling it chances are it went into a set. Had the same thing happen to me after I was cleaning up my strategy items by setting them up to Gold strats… I’ve been trying to get them to help me, but no luck yet. Going to just keep firing off emails and support tickets till I get it resolved.
it's sad how awful support is in this situation... everyone is giving me the run around and sending me back and forth with no help.
Yeah pretty disheartened. I mean you would think something as simple as granting us another one would be a easy win/win for them, easy work plus happy customers.
EA needs to give everyone another one that can't be put into sets. This is BS
Agreed! Just gotta keep drumming up noise, or they will just ignore us. They will do everything they can to avoid any EXTRA work.
