Missing content

I opened a legends training pack yesterday and pulled an awesome 92 overall Marvin Harrison jr but my game crashed and when I relaunched it I found nothing there. I then reported it online to an agent and was told to check again the next day. It’s still not there so I went back to the agents and I was told to come here.
