Missing different House Rules rewards

Summarize your bug I didn't receive a 88 overall Gridiron Guardian fantasy pack for level 5 REWARDS. It gave me the checkmark on it in game.. but I am afraid I got a 82+ overall ultimate kickoff player pack in it's stead. Can someone please look into this, I am very disappointed at the moment.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Beat enough house rules and see if you get the correct rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get the wrong item or no item not sure.
What do you expect to see? The pack it tells you on the rewards tracking page.

I did many house rules game and got it to level 5 on the rewards and never got my rewards.. I did somehow get an Ultimate kickoff 82+ pack out of nowhere .. in which I pulled an 82.. I did not get what I am supposed to be. Please help.
