Missing Head to Head, No progress given on Field pass

Been stuck on level 1 for days. It is not letting me access the field pass and none of my intro challenges are tracking. I get the error message “ Unable to retrieve objective progression from EA servers at this time”.  My gamer tag is Dr_Niarchos on PS5. Was on support chat for hours yesterday and they said to post on this forum for help. Thank you.
