Missing Head to Head, No progress given on Field pass

I just downloaded Madden 23 the other day, and did not have head to head only had solo battles, challenges, and practice mode. Read that I needed to upgrade my field pass to unlock the modes and I’ve...

Every time I try to open the Filed pass challenges it says that the EA servers can process my progress information and doesn’t let me into the challenges! What do I do to fix this?

    @Bgreene1024 i’m having the same issue and have tried everything uninstall redownloading the game different account nothings working no clue when it’ll be fixed but it sucks i can’t level up to play h2h
