Missing Head to Head, No progress given on Field pass

I just downloaded Madden 23 the other day, and did not have head to head only had solo battles, challenges, and practice mode. Read that I needed to upgrade my field pass to unlock the modes and I’ve...

When I try to open the Filed pass challenges it says that the EA servers can process my progress information and doesn’t let me into the field pass. Also some solo challenges along with head to head game’s don’t show.
