Missing Head to Head, No progress given on Field pass

I just downloaded Madden 23 the other day, and did not have head to head only had solo battles, challenges, and practice mode. Read that I needed to upgrade my field pass to unlock the modes and I’ve...

For some reason I can’t see goals to complete for field pass and can’t level up pass level 1 I just got the game and can’t play online at all I’ve done allot of challenges and solo battles and sets got my team overall up but can’t play nothing online or see what to do to level up to level 3 to j lock H2H can’t do nun now

    @OffWhite3zzzz Do you get an error when trying to play online or do you have modes missings from Madden at this point?

      I have missing modes on my mut menu 

      I can’t level up pass level 1 (8k/10k XP) 

      doesn’t show me options on how to level up once I click field pass as well

      The mode is just missing and i can’t level up pass level 1 my gamer tag is Loading_Xa

    @OffWhite3zzzz I’m having that exact same issue, I can’t do anything at all because I can’t see my goals or objectives to get XP

      It’s crazy I’ve had time to level up my team to a 92 but can’t play online and did most of the challenges already
