Missing Madden 19 (MUT Squads) Series trophies

Every week I participate in your weekly MUT Squads challenges (easy, medium, hard), a set that expires and refreshes every week...upon completing the 3 games one should receive 4 trophies as a reward and this is where my problem lies...I finished the games and yet no reward. This happened 1 month ago which resulted in a claim to EA’s customer support team...now I am being referred to this forum. Please help me out and in a timely fashion. I have already invested about 6-8 hours literally arguing with individuals who have been running me around and sending me to alol the wrong places...one even suggested contacting Sony (who has no control over your programming). Please help me...I just want my missing trophies so that I may continue my Madden journey like anyone else. I need help from the developers to get my content! Please help me!

    I usually have to check my objectives list and it gives them to me then.

    Nope...list had disappeared. EA told me post here to Devs can see and nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service...this may be my last madden purchase at this rate. At least in previous editions I got some actual tech support...now they brush you off and send your problems to die here in the forums...I.E. no one helps and your eventually will just have to get over it. Not exactly the kind of treatment I am paying $65-$80 for every year, plus spending on green points in the PS store. I feel like I am being sold something that is incomplete.

    Hey @ThatOGF_ckinGuy

    I want to make sure there isn't any confusion from your interaction with our EA Support team. Are you referring to PlayStation trophies that get awarded to your PSN account when you complete specific objectives for all games? Like achievements for Xbox? To be clear, that is something triggered from PlayStation and Xbox's side. If there is something in our game that is not allowing those to activate, we can of course gather a bug report and make sure our studio works with our partners at Sony/Microsoft to fix it. The EA Support staff is not able to grant those though.
