Missing makeright

My madden was locked out on December 26th and December 26th of the 2022 and I never received my makeright for this issue. I waited 48 hours and still have not received my packs.

Same and it’s honestly making me mad, literally seeing people who didn’t even get locked out receive the makerights instead of the ACTUAL PEOPLE WHO GOT LOCKED OUT.

@EA_Aljo well the problem is I tried that and everything else and no one is helping. I just want what is entitled to me.

I'm still waiting on mine. It seems like the advisors can't do anything to help and the people who can aren't doing it.
