Missing money and players

Hi I'm missing players and money from challenges I also was told us get an over 85 team if the week player I got a 77 player twice this evening I did the same challenge but then it canceled it after the stars finished poping up as I hit return to challenges the game fr

    Okay, you posted in the Madden NFL Mobile boards which is why I wanted to make sure.

    Check your item binder and sort by NEW to see if you have any items sent there from the challenge. If you don't see them there and the rewards don't pop up after playing another challenge, contact our Support team so they can pull up your account, verify the challenge was completed, and grant the reward if it's still missing on your account.

    They'll get you taken care of. Congrats on completing it!

    No on Xbox one it was week 9 totw bills Seahawks I tried it bout 10 times passed it then when I hit return to challenges it went back to main menu I got none of the rewards no toty token no coins no hot streak pack

    @EA_Blueberry I've been in to them they said no issues so it's tuff * for me , I would not be goin through this * for no reason

    @swiftl78 Does it show you have the max stars for that challenge? If not, you'll need to attempt it again.
