Missing MUT Master Tokens

I too have this issue as of 36 hours ago, I'm still currently waiting on an email to get it resolved on xbox one. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I would like to point out that it did take me 6 representatives to finally find someone who CAN help me with this issue. 

I personally went through the live chat and asked to speak with a specialist on the issue. Upon providing picture proof, and proof of account ownership, I do believe I'm on the right track!

I do wish you the best of luck with this issue though, and I shall post results (pending).

How often does the bug occur? occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the objective for completing 25 daily objectives
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive the 2 upgrade tokens 
What do you expect to see? 2 upgrade tokens 

Earlier today I completed the MUT master challenge of 400 rushing TD’s. I still haven’t gotten my upgrade token for it. Anybody seen or had this issue before??

Same issue for me today after gaining 12000 yards rushing, first time it happened aswell. I've completed all but 1 off these objectivs and now I'm really afraid to grind out the passing yards if that would make this harder to solve.
