MISSING MUT REWARDS AND TROPHY PACKS

Hello EA,

I am missing my 4 pro elite packs I was supposed to earn for the legendary pack status around 2 weeks ago. These packs were just never rewarded to me and I have been in contact with ea live support and they sent me here. These packs were rewarded as a part of the mut rewards promotion on the ea website for the months of September and October. I also have not received my trophy pack rewards after the fix came out. I won 38 super bowls while the trophy packs were not in the game and we were supposed to received our earned trophy packs plus one additional for each pack we earned so I should have earned a total of 76 packs. I was only given two. Again I went with this to ea live support and they were unhelpful and sent me here. I am a very loyal player to the madden series and would hate to have to stop playing do to the lack of help and missing content on earned rewards. PLEASE HELP
