Missing Players

I had a Troy Polamalu on my team 90 OVR and now he is no longer in my Binder. I also haven’t recieved my Jaylen Waddle card for the Twitch streams I watched. Or the Touchdown Pack from the season I won. Please help very frustrated right now but I do understand things happen please assist.

    Hey @MidwestFinesse8 For missing players and in-game rewards, I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look into. 

    • EA Help website - Live Support (Phone, Chat, Email) 
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance   

    For any twitch drops to confirm can you check if you see the item in your twitch inventory and if you were able to claim it?
