Missing Present Packs

had 2 player present 1 packs and neither are in my un opened packs
I had 5 UFB Brady presents, issued as Harvest, and 6 No Ag Zone Carmichaels, issued as Legends, at 1030am EST. Somewhere between 6 and 7 pm EST, servers updated and present started giving the cards that their labels show. I know this because I opened a TOTW pack that had previously been giving Harvest cards and got a TOTW card. I then opened 1 Harvest pack and did get a Harvest. I need to know how to get the 11 Limit cards back
I’m missing all 4 player presents I had :/ 3 player present 1s and 1 player present 2
i literally only had two presents and it was one of each player present and obv i didn’t get either pack but i opened the packs not knowing what was going on and didn’t get either carmichael or brady, i’m hoping i get the presents back or something at least.
Yeah I am missing multiple too 4x Snowy XLs and some others
I am missing multiple presents including four snowy xls and also more paid package presents. How do I get them back? How do they go missing?
Went from 102 presents down to like 88 presents without opening any.
I had pulled both player presents the other day and when I opened all my presents today, I never got my Brady or Carmichael? Anyway to get them or is this going to be fixed soon? I know I’m not the only one missing player presents
I went to open gifts and the player presents weren't in my binder nor unopened packs. EA just sucks.
The server issues on Xmas Day caused me to lose four of the present packs I earned leading up to the 25th. Any way to restore them? thanks
I along with many others logged on Christmas morning and was awarded the wrong presents and was missing some presents. I was logged off multiple times and my presents were reset or missing multiple times. I spent and lost many coins because of this.
I pulled the unfinished business player present 1 and come Christmas morning opened all my presents and didn’t get half of my presents. Although I only care about my missing 95 Tom Brady that I should’ve gotten from player present 1
