Missing Present Packs

I opened the auction house app this morning, only to find (after servers FINALLY returned) that all of the Christmas gifts I earned/bought have disappeared.
Will there be any way for me to recoup these? Are they going to fix it? This is by far the worst job EA has ever done, and that's saying a lot.

In the past when I go to my binder on the phone app, presents have automatically opened there. Is that different this year?
Same happened to me and I was pulling only horrible players even out of my xtra large presents!
