What's really great with this is that I filed a bug report and just checked the status.  EA says it is fixed when it is in no way fixed.  This kind of stuff is the very reason people are furious with EA.  I paid for this game and expect it to function as it is supposed to.  When it doesn't, the least that can be done is to fix it, compensate, and continue to improve - not to blow people off.
