Missing Ricky Williams
I am playing on Xbox series x on the series x version of madden 23 and yesterday, 9/8, I opened a Pro Elite Pack from the Field Pass and in that pack I got a Ricky Williams but when I went to my item binder after opening the pack he never appeared. I have waited over 24 hours and the issue has not resolved. I have contacted support and they sent me here to message a community manager.
