Missing trophy packs
My last 5 superbowls I’ve won I’ve received the coins the but not a single trophy pack the 1st 3 eventually thought I’d get later on but still haven’t just won one today got the coins and no trophy pack

And of course you can’t call anyone at EA about in game problems so they can have the excuse to send you here and just not help with getting your missing rewards
