MUT 10 Challenge Issues

I've had issues with the MUT 10 year challenges since week 2 and nothing is being done to resolve them. The Patrick Willis and Julius Peppers challenges aren't available to me. When I click on the Bo Jackson challenges it errors and kicks me out to the home screen. I've reached out to EA support on twitter who have done absolutely nothing to help. I'm going to miss a key set of this game because EA wont either fix the issue or compensate their fault!

    Hey, all.

    It is not possible to play any challenges at the moment (I'm writing this on a Thursday). To clear up any confusion, the challenge of the week will become active starting 10:30AM EST on Friday and will expire Monday morning. If you attempt to play the challenge on Monday an hour before it expires, you may receive an server error because it indicates the challenge is locked and there will not be enough time to complete it before the expiration time.

    I think there's some confusion on how some players are able to see more than 1 challenge on their screen while others might only see 1 or 2 total. It is possible to see previous challenges on there that have already expired. This is something the team is aware of, however if you highlight the challenge the description at the top will still let you know when the challenge actually expired.

    If you are not able to enter a challenge starting Friday through Monday, please notify our EA Help team immediately so they can verify this is happening to your account so our teams can investigate. We are unable to verify any problems with players accessing the challenges while active Friday-Monday at this time.

    After several I mean several phone calls ea mind you are at least 30min to an hour long mainly on hold, for the representative to talk to the unapproachable make the game right consultants I was told tough luck it’s to late and that I have already been compensated.

    Let me tell you a little bit of what happened. Send you back to september 8th. Which so happened to be my wonderful wedding day. Micheal Vick was released that weekend! Due to time constraints I made some time to complete the challenge on that day because prior days weren’t possible. I completed the challenge and went onto my wedding then my honeymoon!

    When I got back from my honey I realized right away that my token and card was not there. Interesting I said. I’ll call up ea. So I called up ea and after 20 minutes explaining to them what had happened I was told it’s a known issue call back in a few days if you have not received it. Few days later explain the situation all over again same answer. I then repeated this process for 4 weeks or soo.

    The most frustrating part; I called earlier this week talk to a supervisor on oct 21 and I was finally told that we’ll if you have a picture then that would prove it and we could get you your card. Meanwhile I’m pretty pissed cause this is the first time I have heard of a picture. Explaining to the guy how am I supposed go back 2 months and take a photo for real???

    Shortly after that call I was like wait, a second I do have a photo I sent it to my brother cause he didn’t believe I would complete the challenge on my wedding day. Since we are both avid players. I was like wanna bet... so I did it took a a picture sent it to him I actually have 2 photos of completion..

    Here’s the kicker I called in the next day showed ea my evidence and they told me 2 things... absolutely ridclious!!!! These 2 things were, there is no way to prove this picture is yours I’m like what???? (If you guys play madden please take a picture of the mut menu and please prove to me it’s your account) trick question it’s not possible!!! Now try to send a picture that proves it’s youe account with a completion umm not possible again !!!

    The last thing after Definitively proving that I completed the challenge and recording a video showing it to the rep that there is no possible way to prove it’s even me in the mut menu period. ITS TO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! Like really after all these conversations now it’s to late when 1 day prior you finally asked for a photo which I had I Gave it to you and now it’s to late like reallly ??

    I was then told oh well we already did compensate you I was like really what did I get ?? We gave it to you 6 days ago.. oh what did I get It?? Oh it’s not possible to tell you but you got something sorry for the inconvenience we can’t do anything for you cause you just brought this to our attention which clearly is not true I’m the slightest!

    Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
    Summarize your bug The MUT10 challenge has not appeared for Julius Peppers, Joe Thomas and currently Troy Polamalu. During those weeks I have checked daily and the same result was just a blank challenge screen within the MUT10 challenge section. I have completed the other 7 challenges and obtained the collectibles for all except the 3 listed even though I had never gotten the chance to obtain them and still cannot for the last week.
    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can see that the image I’ve attached doesn’t have enough ‘stars’ for completing what should be 10 total challenges and had they all been available more stars would also be available.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The screen views no challenge option to view when the description also still says that you can complete the past available challenge that is expired.
    What do you expect to see? The current challenge that should be updated weekly and is even announced as they come out on the social media team of Madden, but the challenge is not available for the entirety of the week.

    I have also reached out to EA support about this issue about 5 times and 2 of which I had performed a set of troubleshooting steps that took place on both my console and on Madden 20 and I was even on the phone one of the times 2 and a half hours to have to call back the same day only to be left on hold and hung up on. I would just like some assistance to what has been an ongoing issue with no solution or reward for my dedication to this challenge weekly.

    @EA_Blueberry come on man what do I need to do ?? I’m so frustrated with this I mean I literally feel robbed out of my time and money.. I showed proof and all I’m told to do is get on here and talk to you guys... at least acknowledge my issue at the very least please!!

    @ikeelu42I wouldn't waste your time. 

    I even logged a formal complaint and after 5 weeks of investigation (whilst the challenges were live) I've now been told that I didn't log on to complete the challenges at the right time, which I did. I also provided photographic evidence of this but it doesn't matter. 

    Funny how the investigation concluded two days after the final challenge closed...

I think this is very unfair and this is pathetic what I have and I the other people in this thread have been told. To come on here because they can’t do anything if they could they would because I have ample proof. However we get on here and hear nothing but crickets . This isn’t just a small thing when people have spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars, have done everything asked of us by your company you should want to make it right. Or at least give us another option or compensation the players that we have missed out on are worth millions of coins which I would say any card over a million coins is worth more then 100us dollars so to rob us of our money is unfair. Please at the very least SOMEONE ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSSUE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. I don’t know what else I need to do I told you my story above and I have the PROOF that I completed this challenge. Something happened on your end I was told to wait it’s known issue and I did just that and then I was told your to late you should have brought it up sooner when we could have done something about it. Which is like what are you talking about I did bring it up in a timely matter and did everything you asked!

    We've raised this up to the Madden team regarding reports of accounts not seeing the challenges available for them during the allocated time-frames they were available. After review we were unable to determine any issues affecting this challenge aside from a UI display error where some players might still see expired challenges showing up.

    I'll be locking down this post as this investigation and MUT 10 Challenge has now concluded.
