MUT 19 connection issues.. Servers cannot process?!

When i try to put the core elite item drew Brees in my power uprgrade it says error ea cannot process this request at this time please help

  No... it worked for like a day... Now i'm back with that same problem... back with the EA support chat and the contacted their "specialists"wich will contact me once the problem is solved.... so propably never...
