MUT 19 connection issues.. Servers cannot process?!

I was on earlier today got my telvin Smith upgraded to 8i!, I've been playing mut since year 13,and last two years including this one, I've had more and more of these issues, I've already told m rule...

I tried to go in and load my connect franchise and it says servers can’t process your request at this time try later... I tried going into colloid franchise going to load franchise and still same result ...
