Blitz Promo Doorbuster crashed and would not let you open it until after the times. I added $50.00 to my account specifically for this and when it comes live it doesn't work. We need a make right or something and with the next few door busters coming I'm a little afraid we will have to same issue.
Spent the whole time server error " trying again later " After NFL 100 doorbuster was over got into store no problem . The You tube pros all got their promo by using a backdoor entry that had been sent to them on twitter llink.
i was unable to receive the Madden Ultimate Team centennial pack that i had bought point in order to prepare for because the servers were down the entire hour the pack was available i tried constantly for that hour to get in but could not until shortly after
Literally from 12am EST until 1:03am EST 🤬🤬 The ONLY reason I put money on the game was for that pack & the redux. I WANT MY CENTENNIAL PACK EA!!!!
They need to make this one right. The 94 is too important. Everyone is running all over me with Barry Sanders.
I had the same problem EA! I spent my money on points to get the centennial pack and as these people said I wasn’t able to access the games basic functions even for the whole hour. Very disappointed because the 94 OVR is a necessity to be competitive and we have been stripped of the chance.

I was just told by a rep that they can't and won't fix it. Totally ruined my experience.
I can see if it was a legends pack, but no, it was a very sought after pack which guarantees a 94 overall.
They refuse to help!!!

Tried to purchase Centennial pack 12/1 @12am. And it kept saying "Servers can't process you request at this time" to no avail...time ran out.
I had bought some packs just to earn the blitz boltz and had to go away for the weekend i come back on Tuesday and all the packs you can buy with Blitz BOltz are gone?
The only thing available is a gold premium pack for 300 boltz? This is not right i want a refund
