Happing on Xbox as well. Probably something to do with the update that screwed it all up.
Same thing with me. I went to open Madden 24 a little while ago, it had a small update, and now Ultimate Team is erased from the menus, says "You don't have access to this section" when I try to go through it by the ads on the menu. I've restarted numerous times. Great work EA Sports!

Having same problem it asked me to sign up a monthly subscription thought this would fix not having access but it did not would like to know what is going on
is this supposed to happen when there’s a new season? My mut is not available at all. I was trying to finish the pass before time was up.
did exactly the same thing. no access to mut after update.
