MUT error you don't have access to this section

MUT in Madden 23 does not show up and when I try to to play it via clicking on the ads in game, it says "error you don't have access to this section."

    Hi there, @VoteDesantis 

    Try completely closing Madden 23 and load back in to it. Let me know if you can then enter MUT. Thanks!

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

      I’m currently having the same issue can y’all fix this or not I’ve spent to much money on Mut for me just to be banned because I have a good  team  to much money and time spent for them not  to fix this issue
