“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

If you are willing to reply back with screenshots of your Team Visuals, Streategy, Offense, and Defense tabs to review the items you have in your roster that will help out the QA team identify the root cause of this error. I'll be passing it their way ASAP.

Yeah this is getting extremely frustrating
14 days since I reported it via EA chat, nothing. Gridiron Forge is the only thing I can't access. Keep recieving the server error message.
Then I look at my brother in another room in the same house. He's completed them all and had no problems.
Absolute joke...
This is absurd. I pre-ordered this game for ps5 and have had this issue since release. The game is unable to retrieve my “progress from the EA servers” or “cannot process my request” when I attempt to do anything other than exhibition or franchise.
I have tried every clunky low-tech troubleshooting tip and nothing is working. I hope this really is being worked on.

I am having the same problem, not sure what it is but I feel like it is because I have 2 accounts linked to the same EA account? IS there anyone that also has 2 accounts liked and is having the same problem?
Your server is trash MUT is broken it has DDA still in the game. The game is inconsistent because they want you to purchase packs and when something is broken they won’t fix it like DDA because it benefits them.
P.S: I am still waiting for you guys to fix forge!
Same here I’ve completed all of them but the challenge screen says I’m only at 98%
Only have one linked and still have the problem.
'Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" has now been popping up on 98% of challenges for the last 48 Hours, and then the two challenges that do actually load for me. My progress does not save so i'm just stuck in a loop of replaying the same two challenges that I can access.
