“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

I have the same issue when trying to access any challenges on my account.
however my brother has zero challenges. I’m currently losing out on so much time to complete timed objectives like superstars though
There’s generate best overall, offense and defense
There’s strategy and visuals then a screenshot when trying to start the gridiron forge
Yea ive been having issues since the saquon solo that glitched since then i havent been able to play my solos tf EA DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
Also yes I did remove my xfactors and abilities on defense after realizing they were still on and still get the error message
Anyone have any further information on this. Day 15 now and still not working... Come on EA, what's going on. Will you have an update or fix for those unable to connect to the Gridiron Forge because of your server issue?
Why are there so many bugs in a game we paid $70 for? And are all of us who having been playing this broken game since launch at least going to be compensated in some form for being sold such a buggy game? Even a stupid player pack or something would go a long way towards showing your fans you care about them at all.

Still have yet to even hear of an update on this anyone else?
Gridiron forge is still down for me, removed all superstar players, bout new strategy common items, new uniforms, still nothing. Still the same our servers can’t process
