“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

Day 17 on the EA roundabout...
Still no fix insight for Gridiron Forge...
Servers still cannot process my request,
I will in vain try later...
EA chat help has abandoned me in my plight, Twitter and Reddit on MaddenNFLDirect, Madden Ultimate Team and EA Help still have no answers...
Agent K and RG don't know whats happening or respond to messages on GMM...
No refund can be attained at this time...

Summarize your bug I can’t do the gridiron solo challenges. Every time I attempt to do it I get sent to the menu screen with an error message. This has happened since launch and due to this I have not been able to get the 87 Ovr JC Jackson that I desperately need.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1 go to challenges Step 2 click gridiron forge Step 3 attempt to enter any of the solo challenges Step 4 the error message will pop up and you will be sent to the main menu
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of MUT and get sent straight to the main menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play Gridiron Forge solo challenges.

I’m digging the “dear diary” from TRYTHISOUT but I too am having the same issue. I did see today that they were fixing something, not sure what, I will leave this page open to read day 18 diary
every time i open gridiron it never completely opens for me is anyone else having the problem? its getting in the way of me getting packs and my 87 jc cb.

I thought I was the only one. This error sucks I’m in the same position as you. I hope they fix it soon
Saw the new patch out, really glad I now have Cam Newton’s dreads showing outside his helmet. Glad you guys took care of the pressing matters and not the broken solo challenge that’s been out since launch. 87 JC Jackson will be irrelevant by the time there’s a fix.
