“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

just checking in again to see if anyone figured out a fix for this yet since clearly EA isnt concerned? Cant wait to be compensated with a gold player card for this when its finally fixed and the 87 jackson card is irrelevant.
Just grant people the Kam collectible it's not that hard EA
Now been 3 weeks, EA just does not care. Patch your Gridiron Forge, in 3 weeks we've alĺ been patient, we've all received the - server cannot process your request at this time - please try again later - message, we've all reported it since early access, and then at launch, and every second day since in my case... I sat and watched my brother log in and access this, fully complete this, but I cant even log into it...
Complete and utter disgrace...
Should refund everyone for the broken game, let alone a makeright or other compensating factor!
Does anyone else have it where they can’t play any challenges at all?

Every time I try to do my gridiron challenges, I get the “our servers cannot process your request at this time”. I have tried hard resetting Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling game. Any fixes in the near future?
