Coming on for a month now and this issue is still outstanding for many and there's not a ounce of faith, patience or belief left with your customers over this being patched or fixed, all the while as you release new playable content, this since launch day remains. What would really appropriate now would be a full apology and full makerights and compensation for all those concerned who cannot start let alone complete it due to your server error - I believe I speak for the majority stating the following which we all would have earned upon completion will suffice.

- 1x All Pro pack
- 1x Gridiron Pack
- 1x Elite Pack
- 1x JC Jackson and his Power up
- 1x Kam Chancellor upgrade token

Date/time issue occurred: been happening for weeks. Still no fix or update.
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Gridiron forge solos challenges.
Summarize your bug: I can not enter the gridiron forge solos challenges. Every time I do it gives me the error "our servers cannot process your request. Please try again later".I have seen the suggested fixes which include adjusting my lineup, and power cycling. I have done them and the issue persists.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to enter gridiron forge challenges
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out of ultimate team.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work as intended. I'm already over 1500 dollars invested into MUT and would like to be able to complete the solos for my ultimate champion rewards. A simple yes or no with a timeline for resolution would be a good reply to your users. If you cannot fix this I will gladly accept all the rewards now.
Until I can satisfy my time gated completion of the forge, please release more avatar items we have to buy to obtain MUT items, it is very helpful and encourages me to play more!
Still the same problem on ps4.
Since this issue has been going on for 3 weeks now, can we get an eta or some meaningful explanation? Honestly I don't even care about the solos at this point. If you just give us the Kam chancellor power up item I'm sure people would at least be somewhat more understanding, myself included.
How is this not fixed yet lmao. What are you guys doing because the game is still broke in so many ways?

My question exactly... 4 weeks tomorrow! 4 weeks since launch and this issue still exists...
This is a complete and utter disgrace. For 4 weeks as of tomorrow I have received - Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. I have to date now logged 4 tech assist tickets, and an EA chat log every second day and all I get is the same response... we know there's an issue, our relevant departments are dealing with the problem, please be patient and await update via our social media or chat forum...
How much longer? in 3 weeks the challenges expire!... LIKE SERIOUSLY EA WHAT IS GOING ON???
This challenge now has been broken for more time than what is remaining in the actual challenge but in the meantime here is what you released off the top of my head instead of fixing this that has started since launch:
Campus Heroes
Ultimate Kickoff
Legends Release x 4
Weekly Veterans x 4
What I foresee you will do is chalk this first iteration of forge as an L to the consumers but it’s okay because this mode was included at launch and will not effect your sales since it doesn’t require extra mut points to buy from store to complete unlike the mentioned releases above. We will most likely miss out on JC Jackson and the other rewards but you will allow us to get the Kam token in the next forge release due 10/5…but please by all means prove me wrong.

I've spent well over 2 grand in points to this point but wont be spending another dollar on ea products until this is fixed. And mark my words, what they're going to do is let it go until the challenge expires and then not fix it at all. If they do that, I'm done with EA as a company. I'll never buy another product again.
