mut level challenges

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Playstation 4 Pro
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Deadser
Date/time issue occurred 9/12/20 3:30 pm est
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Every time I try to do the man on man master level 28 challenge, I get an error. (ce-34878-0)and the game crashes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. I just played the challenges before that one and couldn't get that one to load without crashing. If you complete the level challenges up to that point, and unlock it, it should happen when you try to load it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and I get an error. And since the next one won't unlock until this one is completed, I'm stuck.
What do you expect to see? The challenge should start

I contacted support twice about this and my case says it has been "fixed" even though it hasn't. I've tried it on separate devices and the error seems to be reproducible. The first support advisor gave me the basic list of stuff (safe mode, rebuild database, yadda yadda yadda), none of which worked. The second advisor tried to tell me that it was Sony's problem because it was an issue with their device. I did try to point out that since it was happening on multiple machines, that it was unlikely to be a hardware issue (like a bad hard drive sector for example). The second advisor finally agreed to pass it along, but honestly I don't have much hope that will happen. So I'm putting this out there, hoping that enough people have the same issue that someone at EA will take notice.

    Happens every single time I try to play this one

    Date/time issue occurred September 13th, 2020 around 1-2am
    What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
    Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
    Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
    Summarize your bug Whenever I try to play a Challenge or Solo Battle, I get an error code saying that the servers cannot process my request or something along those lines. Making it impossible to even play the game, I can play on different accounts, but my main account that I play on and have spent money on won't let me play anything. I've seen some tips like unlinking my account to EA and relinking it, but that didn't work nor did restarting the game, re-downloading, etc.

    What happens when the bug occurs? It just kicks me out of Ultimate Team.

    This is also happening to me as well. 

    100% of the time.

    I'm also having the same issue on Ultimate Kickoff - New England challenge as well.  I posted a link to that post below.  Both of these challenges will not let you progress without completing these.  So I'm stuck on both Challenges.

    @DeadSer It's driving me insane also. Level 28 challenge. Everytime I try to click play. It errors out. I've sent multiple screen shots. I even tried replaying the challenge before it and clicking play next challenge to try a different angle in. Didnt work. Seriously irritating I'm past level 30 now and can't get past challenge level 28. Please fix this crap!!!!!@@

    SOLVED

    I ended up going to my active lineup and changing it back and forth between Best Lineup via OVR and then via Team Chemistry.  I then went into the challenge with my Highest OVR.  I was able to start the challenge and finish the Rest of the Levels.  

    I had tried it with my currently lineup right before this change and it had failed again.  So changing my lineup is what did it.

    After completing the challenge, I put my lineup back the way I had it before and was able to complete the rest of the challenges without a problem and get my Level Master Token.
