This just started within the last day or two; I think.
G-sync, MSI afterburner, RivaTuner, etc doesn't seem to override it. Switching DirectX versions doesn't either.
I have not set "max frame rate" in nvidia control panel, might try that. Since other games are not having this issue I doubt that will matter.
@Bandit75238 People have been reformatting their PC's to try and fix this issue. Don't waste your time. It's simply a game issue.
