What happens when the bug occurs? It only happened once and I can’t redeem my legends capsule
What do you expect to see? My legend capsule to open

I never received my legends capsule. I have all my other content from the madden 22 dynasty edition. EA HELP told to me to come here so the gaming team could help me out. 
please help me out with this as I want to use dion sanders/randy moss

bought madden 22 mvp edition on release and still havent received my mvp content for it, anyone know whats happening ?

are your rewards still missing? usually, the rewards most often need to be triggered to show up. This might happen by completing one more game or restarting the game (or newly logging in).

If your rewards are still missing: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful to find them if the content is there).

if that does not work either, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.

I bought madden 22 MVP edition on the 23rd and I was suppose to get awhole bunch of free stuff but never got it

I got the MVP edition on my XBox series S the day madden 22 came out and have still not received a single pack that I was meant to receive.

Where do we find single use code for MVP content. I got digital MVP edition of Madden22 for Xbox X haven't received any rewards.

Ive never recived my mvp edition content yet and i got it on day of launch and still wondering where my stuff is

I pre ordered Madden 22 on August 11th through Madden 21 and received a confirmation email saying that my pre order was confirmed. It is now a month since placing the order I have yet to received any content for the edition I paid for. I was able to play during the 3 day early access period and completed the early access events but didn’t receive any content even when the game was fully released. 

Same, any idea on how these can be accessed? EA Help are useless.
