[MUT] missing content - rookie premiere

Missing rookie premier content, can I get any help with this? I’m on PS5

    If you still aren't seeing the level 10 reward, please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

    You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

    I just reached level 10 and did not get my NAT Rookie Premiere pack. I don’t know what I can do to fix this

    I completed all of the sets in Madden 21 and I only received 9 tokens instead of 10. I've been to help twice who said it would be given by the developer then put unsolvable on my case number. wtf?

    Why complete all the sets if you are going to glitch out and then your help desk just lies and does not fix it.

    It shorts me an entire player. I can't be the only person this is happening to. Give me my last token.

    I did almost all of the rookie premier sets in Madden 21, and I haven't received my tokens yet. I did get an Xbox, and bought madden 22 on there. However I did the sets on PS4 in madden 21. I signed into my EA account, and I haven't gotten my tokens. I got my loyalty packs though. How do I get them?

    @il0vemytanky I've merged your post to another thread where other players reported the same issue too. please contact EA Help (see contact details below). They are able to track your account and will grant you the missing rewards if they are missing due to a bug.
