Just a heads-up, I moved your post over to the Bug Reports board for Madden NFL 22. Can you share a bit more info? Which platform do you play on? What is your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID?

@xxphinsfanxx did you already have a look at your item binder? sometimes content and rewards go directly there without notice. Sorting the binder by "newest" might be helpful finding the items if they are there.
